Voluntary Right of Return and Cancellation for Consumers in Switzerland

Voluntary Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing in Switzerland do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Regardless of this, MAGU Bausysteme GmbH & Co. KG voluntarily grants the right of withdrawal described below.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel the purchase agreement within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The deadline is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

Notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

Consequences of the Resignation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for any additional costs incurred as a result of a specific shipping method you selected.

We will issue a refund within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but no later than fourteen days after you have notified us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item, as well as any customs, import, or export fees.

The merchandise must be returned complete, undamaged, and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the merchandise has deteriorated beyond what is necessary to inspect its characteristics and functionality, reasonable compensation for the loss in value may be required.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right to voluntarily withdraw does not apply to:

• Goods that were manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
• Products that have already been assembled or installed.
• Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return.
