MAGU insulation panels, made of high-quality Neopor rigid foam and designed to withstand pressure, are available with or without a stepped groove in sizes up to 3.75 m² per panel.
We custom-cut the sloped insulation panels to fit your roof according to your specifications.
Insulation thicknesses are optimized on-site according to your requirements and adapted to local specifications, then delivered to the construction site on short notice. Thermal conductivity group 031 allows for slim insulation thicknesses with excellent strength.
Stepped interlocking panels for flat roofs made of Neopor (WLG031) and EPS (WLG035)
Sizes of up to 3.6 m² per piece for easy handling on the construction site
High strength, even for flat roofs in continuous use.
Cuts for the parapet
We manufacture flat roof panels in consultation with you, the roofer, the building owner, the architect, or the specialist planner.
The panels are made of highly compression-resistant MAGU Neopor (150 kPa) with excellent thermal insulation properties (WLG 031). We manufacture all parts in lengths of 1.0 m, 1.2 m, or 3.0 m, as desired. Installation on the roof is done using a simple hand saw. The elements can be bonded using installation foam or PU adhesive.
In addition, wooden parts—such as edge boards or KVH square-edged lumber—can be integrated into the components and secured with screws.
Cut-to-size - suitable as a continuous thermal insulation component for the on-site parapet
Custom cuts—such as insulation wedges, sloped parapet covers, or straight insulation boards with a delivery length of 3 m
Parapet made of thermal insulation with an integrated wooden strip. A square timber is screwed to the supporting structure as an anchor, and the parapet element is slipped onto it and screwed in place.
Insulation panel with an OSB board on top for securing the parapet covering.
Parapet Waterproofing - Adhered to the top layer of thermal insulation, either horizontally or with a slope
Complete parapet element with a weather-resistant cement fiber board on top
Diffusion Fan
With our MAGU ADS system, our MAGU diffusion vents ensure unimpeded diffusion from the old, waterlogged flat roof. To achieve this, the insulation layer of the entire roof assembly is cut open down to the vapor barrier on the supporting structure. This also allows for an unimpeded inspection of the flat roof’s condition without any problems.
For all flat roofs—even those without our ADS system—the MAGU diffusion vent allows for easy monitoring of the roof layer assembly.
Despite its excellent vapor diffusion properties, the foam cylinder still prevents any type of thermal bridge.
Easy to install in any type of waterproofing membrane
For ventilation and continuous monitoring of flat roofs
Very large 150-series opening for high diffusion rates
