Insulated and load-bearing parapet insulation element
With the MAGU BDE core, you can easily, reliably, and safely create thermal bridge-free connections that are wind- and driving-rain-tight.
The continuous, load-bearing core of the MAGU BDE ensures that even very large window or door units can be installed securely and with pressure resistance over the long term.
Free of thermal bridges and windproof
Load-bearing even with very large window units
Prefabricated component for high cost-effectiveness in construction
Fits perfectly with all MAGU roller shutter and venetian blind boxes
Available Formats of the Parapet Insulation Element
The MAGU BDE parapet insulation element is available with matching window sill connectors for aluminum or stone window sills.
Standard rim depths are 27, 30, 32, 35, 36, 38, 40, and 42 cm. The maximum delivery length is 300 cm.
The load-bearing window sill connection is positioned depending on the window's installation orientation. For details, please refer to the comprehensive brochure, which includes a wide range of installation details.
The MAGU parapet insulation element is secured to the masonry with construction foam and replaces the window sill connection profile. Wind tightness is reliably ensured by plastering over the element.
