MAGU Kit Homes: All the components you need for your DIY construction project
Foundation
With the cost-effective MAGU® Atlas modular system, your home’s foundation is securely laid and permanently insulated. Designed as a floor slab formwork system, our system provides thermal bridge-free insulation and formwork for all types of buildings.
Here's how to lay the foundation for a durable, energy-efficient home you're building yourself.
With MAGU formwork blocks, you can quickly and easily erect sturdy wall forms for the exterior walls of your home: These are filled with a concrete core but remain attached to the wall. This combines ease of use with superior thermal insulation.
Alternatively, you can also use MAGU „all-in-one“ wall systems. These are prefabricated, floor-to-ceiling wall panels.
This ensures a stable building envelope—ideal for KFW Efficiency Houses and passive houses.
For ceilings and roofs, we offer support structures and infill panels that are lightweight, provide excellent insulation, and have a high load-bearing capacity. You can construct all types of ceilings without a crane. Our system is particularly well-suited and cost-effective for building all types of gable, shed, or flat roofs.
Whether they roll to the left, roll to the right, can be concealed in the wall, or are even fire-resistant—we offer sturdy, heat-insulating, and cost-effective roller shutter boxes and venetian blind boxes for your home.
Assemble, finish, done: MAGU interior wall systems for all non-load-bearing partition and interior walls can be quickly installed. Installation requires no screws, drilling, or anchors. As a lightweight wall system, this interior wall combines high stability and good insulation properties with low weight.
As early as the 1970s, we were among the pioneers in the development of highly insulated building envelopes. That is why our wall systems offer outstanding insulation properties and guarantee energy-efficient construction and living.
MAGU Passive House
Variable insulation thicknesses and permanently windproof wall constructions: With our Neopor® insulation, you can build various types of passive houses. You can even tour one of them right here in Hüfingen.

Sustainability from the Black Forest
100% Renewable Energy For us, energy conservation and sustainability go hand in hand. That is why we use only renewable energy for our production. A large portion of this energy even comes from our own energy generation: We have an in-house photovoltaic system and a biogas plant.
Neopor®'s Positive Energy Balance With the Neopor® we use for insulation and formwork, the energy balance is positive within just one year. This is because, thanks to its excellent insulating properties, you save more energy in the first year alone than was required to manufacture Neopor®.
Our location in the Black Forest stands for sustainability and efficiency. Even during production, we take care to minimize our carbon footprint. The combination of local expertise and innovative construction methods makes your future home particularly climate-friendly.
Achieve KFW Energy-Efficient Home Status with MAGU
MAGU Kit Homes can turn your house into a KFW Efficiency House. If you, as a homeowner, prioritize eco-friendly building standards, you can receive loans from the KFW development bank on particularly attractive terms. As a general rule, the higher the energy efficiency standard, the higher the KFW subsidy.
