MAGU White Fiber Filler

Description

MAGU Fiber Filler is a mortar classified as mortar group P II according to DIN V 18550 or CS II according to EN 998-1. It consists of binders in accordance with DIN EN 197-1 and DIN EN 459-1, suitable sand aggregates, adhesion and fiber additives, and other additives.

MAGU Fiber Filler serves as both an adhesive and a reinforcing mortar for embedding the MAGU reinforcing mesh, which gives MAGU IN its stability. MAGU Fiber Filler is also suitable for felting.

MAGU Fiber Filler can be applied using any standard mixing pump or plastering machine, or by hand. Mix MAGU Fiber Filler with approximately 9.5 liters of water per bag.

Apply MAGU fiber filler over a large area and work in MAGU reinforcing mesh. Before applying the surface reinforcement, prepare all corners as needed using mesh corner beads, depending on the load conditions. The application thickness must be approximately 5 mm. The dovetail grooves must also be filled accordingly.

Coating: MAGU Fiber Filler can be felted directly or, after it has air-dried completely, coated with finished plaster (minimum curing time: 6 days). Storage: Store bagged product in a dry place, protected from moisture, on pallets. Do not exceed a storage period of 6 months.

Safety Tips: Mineral mortars react with water to form an alkaline solution. – Keep out of reach of children; do not inhale dust; avoid contact with eyes and skin; if skin contact occurs, wash off immediately; wear appropriate protective gloves and safety goggles or face protection while working; if swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.
