WS 4 Wall System: Variable Wall Panels

Description

MAGU wall elements consist of two high-quality Neopor molded parts that are held apart by a plastic spacer. The elements are assembled using a special interlocking system and filled with concrete using a concrete pump or a crane bucket.

In the first step, the NEOPOR elements thus form the concrete formwork for the ready-mix concrete to be poured.
Using formwork components such as end sliders and lintel plates, the formwork is constructed as a continuous unit, automatically resulting in a wall structure free of thermal bridges.

The solid concrete core also ensures a strong bond between the insulation layer and the load-bearing structure, as well as the wind-tightness of the building envelope, ensuring a trouble-free ‚blower door test.‘.

System components are available for all wall thicknesses, including 20-cm-high leveling elements, ceiling edge formwork, lintel and parapet insulation panels, roller shutter and venetian blind boxes, as well as end and corner sliders. The removable webs make it particularly easy to integrate steel reinforcement into the wall. You can just as easily incorporate architectural features such as bay windows or round arches.

All components are made of high-quality Neopor. The spacers are made of a high-impact, high-quality plastic.
