The MAGU MiniBlock roller shutter box is available for all types and thicknesses of masonry walls. It can be installed in both solid masonry and masonry walls with an ETICS system.

This high-quality component is extremely sturdy, highly insulated, and therefore suitable even for passive houses. The 21-cm roll-up space provides ample room for all standard MAXI roller shutter profiles. Thanks to the left-winding roller shutter, the MAGU MiniBlock provides a large, convenient external access panel that allows for easy installation of the roller shutter curtain and isolates the roller shutter mechanism from the interior of the house without thermal bridges and with permanent windproofing.

We supply the roller shutter box as a ready-to-install component for direct installation in the masonry.

IMPORTANT when ordering: Add the side support to your clear wall opening:

Belt drive 1 x 10 cm + 1 x 5 cm = 15 cm + clear wall opening = finished dimension/delivery length
Crank and electric motor 2 x 5 cm = 10 cm + clear wall opening = finished dimension/delivery length 

The pre-assembled access panel (with protective film) is already included, which significantly shortens and simplifies the subsequent measuring, fabrication, and installation by the window or roller shutter installer. To install the roller shutter curtain, remove the access cover, insert the ball bearings into the installed plastic side panel, install the roller shutter shaft and the roller shutter curtain—and simply screw the pre-fitted access cover back on—done!

We install factory-made trim strips on the sides to provide a clean finish for the plaster in the soffit area. Any RAL color can be selected for the access cover (additional charge)—we supply the colors white RAL 9010 or anthracite RAL 7016 as standard.
